When it won't outshine
Sometimes a tin arrives dented, or the job was really for a different product. Returns go through the same partner store where you bought the paste.
Before you send anything back
If the shine isn't coming up, check two things: is the surface anodized or lacquered, and is the cloth clean? Lacquer and anodizing block the paste; a dirty rag leaves streaks. Our desk is glad to help troubleshoot first.
Starting a return
Open your orders
Sign in to the store account you ordered with and find the Simichrome order.
Choose the item and the reason
The return window and whether opened paste can be returned are set by the store and the seller.
Ship it back as instructed
Refunds are issued by the store to your original payment method once the return is processed.
Damaged or leaking on arrival? Photograph the box and the tin or tube, then report it from your order page in the store — that's the quickest route to a replacement.
